These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Gravity Tic Tac Toe mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal use, in accordance with these Terms and the app store's terms of service.
The App is free to play and supported by ads. It offers one optional one-time purchase, "Gravity Pro", which removes ads and makes hints and undos free. This is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Purchases can be restored via the Pro screen. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.
The App lets you create levels and publish them to a shared community feed. You retain ownership of levels you create. By publishing a level you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and let other users play and rate it within the App. You agree not to publish content — including level names — that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or that impersonates others. We may remove any published content at our discretion.
You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the App or its online services, and not to use them to harm other players or the service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Online features depend on network connectivity and third-party services and may be unavailable or change at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
