Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Gravity Tic Tac Toe mobile application ("the App") handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy. The App is playable offline and does not require an account or any sign-up.

Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or photos. The App uses the following limited data:

• Anonymous identifier. When online features are used, Firebase Authentication assigns a random anonymous ID to your app install. It is not linked to your real identity and is used only to run online matchmaking and to associate community levels you publish.
• Usage analytics. Firebase Analytics records aggregated, non-identifying events (for example: a game started or finished, which screen was viewed, or a language change) so we can improve the game.
• Crash & diagnostic data. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and technical diagnostics (device model, OS version, stack traces) to help us fix problems.
• Advertising. For players who have not purchased Pro, Google AdMob serves ads and may access device advertising identifiers to show and measure ads. See Google's policies below. Pro users see no ads.
• Community content. If you publish a level, the level layout, the level name you type, its play count and star ratings are stored and shown publicly to other players.

How we use it

To operate and improve the game, run online matches and community levels, show and measure ads (non-Pro users), and diagnose crashes. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

The App relies on services from Google (Firebase Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, Realtime Database, Cloud Firestore, and AdMob) and the app store operator (Apple). Their handling of data is governed by their own policies:

Purchases

Gravity Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Children

The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It does contain ads and an optional in-app purchase.

Data retention & deletion

Anonymous analytics and crash data are retained per the providers' standard periods. To remove community levels you published, or to request deletion of data associated with your anonymous ID, email us and we will act on your request.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
